Job Description
Manage all phases of project from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Put reports and proposals together.
Take ownership and supervision of all Pitch from end-to-end.
Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
Taking client communication briefs and, where required, supporting the Strategy team with drafting creative briefs.
Coordination of process within the Agency from Creative, Media, Production and Strategy to achieve smooth running of the campaign.
Formulate strategic plans/ business initiative for all brands within your care.thereby organically growing the busines.
Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
Promptly respond and follow up on inquires/queries from brand contacts.
Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
Ensure all reports gets to clients on time with zero error tolerance.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Communicate client needs and demands to the organization.
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Collecting and analyzing data to better understand client behavior.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts stakeholders
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
3- 7 years relevant work experience.
Experience working in an advertising agency is very key
Proven experience in client service or account management roles.or project management
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Customer-centric mindset and a dedication to client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Networking skills
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to do market research.
