Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic business transformation initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and implement business strategies that drive performance improvement and operational efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive business performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic projects that enhance business value.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of project goals.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
Continuously evaluate project outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on Business Transformation, Strategy Development, and Business Performance Analysis.
Demonstrated success in leading complex business transformation projects and driving strategic growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance data and develop actionable strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
