Job Summary
The temporary Project Coordinator will oversee the activities of Field Surveyors, Data Analysts and other personnel. The Project Coordinator will manage specific stages of the project to ensure timely and accurate execution. This role is essential for coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring quality standards during field operations.
Responsibilities
Field Survey Coordination:
Plan and assign tasks to field surveyors according to project requirements.
Ensure all field surveyors are equipped with the necessary tools, materials, and instructions.
Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines.
Project Stage Management:
Track the progress of designated project stages, ensuring milestones are achieved.
Identify potential bottlenecks or issues and report them promptly.
Maintain clear and open communication with all team members to ensure smooth operations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Supervise collection and analysis of data submitted by field surveyors for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare daily or weekly progress reports for stakeholders.
Maintain organized records of field activities and findings.
Logistics and Resource Management:
Coordinate transportation, equipment, and other logistical needs for survey teams.
