We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute a strategic project for our QSR business. This role requires a professional with strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful project delivery within a 3-month period.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a detailed project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Oversee budget allocation and resource management to optimize efficiency.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the QSR, retail, or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of QSR operations, supply chain management, and customer service protocols.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results within tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle operational challenges.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in process optimization and change management.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the QSR industry.
