Relevant Experience
At least 8 years proven working experience as a Project Administrator, at least 5 of which should be as a Project Manager.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills ✓ Negotiation skills to develop productive relationships with clients
The ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills ✓ Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership and motivational abilities ✓ The ability to work both independently and within a team.
Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies; flexibility to handle pressure coming from all directions simultaneously
Strong team-orientated interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people at all levels ✓ Self-motivated and able to work under little supervision.
Competent in conflict and crisis management

Qualifications
HND/BSc/B.A/B.Ed Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or other related Social Sciences.
A Master’s degree in Project Management
A Master’s in a business-related course is an advantage.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Project. ✓ Must have strong understanding and demonstrate use of Project Management Methodologies
PMP / PRINCE II certification or COREN
