Job Objective:
The project Manager is to make sure that all Meyer Décor projects run smoothly by tracking project progress and helping obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Coordinate with Management and the Sales & Marketing team to review current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversees project management activities, resources, equipment, and information of Meyer Décor.
Manage Meyer Décor projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
Meet with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction for Meyer Décor
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines of Meyer Décor.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop staff capacity into valuable salespeople
Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve.
Preparation of Meyer Décor budgets.
Oversee project procurement management for Meyer Décor.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Project Team to eliminate blockers.
Issue all Meyer Décor appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
And all other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications/Requirements:
BSc/B.Eng in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Survey, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in managing projects of leading chemical & allied, FMCG, Construction and other related industries.
A proactive, detail-oriented, analytical individual with sound business project acumen and a can-do mindset.
