Project Management and Business Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Assist in maintaining project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
Collaborate with teams to coordinate resources and align on deliverables.
Identify potential risks and recommend actionable solutions.

Business Development:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and materials for prospective clients.
Assist in maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Track sales metrics and provide insights to inform growth strategies.

Administrative Support:

Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
Handle communications with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
