Key Requirement:
Atleast 4- 5 years experience in an oil and gas ProjectDuties
Function as Project Site HR Manager,
Float from one project to another to release HR duties and functions
Handles employee mobilization at project site,
Handles employee grievances at project site,
Handles employee timesheets at project site,
Liaise with base office for necessary information and advice as the need may arise from time to time,
Report to base HR Manager of all activities and progress at project site on periodic bases or on demand,
Ensuring that all HR procedures and practices are strictly observed and follow to the latter while on project site to ensure smooth operation of project activities while on site,
Ensuring compliance with all relevant client’s demands and expectations while on project site performing your HR duties and functions to ensure smooth operation.
