Job Purpose
Responsible for management, execution and delivery of projects/products.
Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsor & stakeholders.
Spends significant time on project management responsibilities. As assigned, lead or assist in the planning, implementation and delivering the project on time.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead planning and/or implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas;
Participate in testing upon release of functions/features
Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery
Produce technical and non-technical documentation
Takes ownership of product to maintain excellent quality and delivery
Works closely with Product Managers to ensure that projects are proceeding according to schedule and meeting functional and design specifications
Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients’ needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
Manage requests and backlogs for social network & e-commerce related product
Plan ahead of bottlenecks, think out of the box, and be flexible to explore alternate options/solutions when facing constraints and delay in project delivery
