About the job
Lead the audit, design, installation, and execution of solar power solutions. .
Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact, coordinating with internal and external teams for seamless project delivery. .
Standardization: Develop standard operating procedures, quality, and safety standards for solar installation projects. .
Energy Assessment: Accurately assess customers’ energy consumption and cost profiles, and optimize the sizing of solar power solutions. .
System Design: Design solar systems based on customer requirements, including mini-grid and rooftop solar installations. Collaborate with customers and engineers to determine system needs. .
Field Implementation: Translate solar, electrical, and civil design concepts from paper to field execution. .
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution. .
Documentation: Handle drawing/document submissions, approvals, scheduling, inspections, and prepare checklists for standard reviews. .
Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and AMC/Service Support. .
Energy Audits: Utilize portable energy audit instruments such as power analyzers and data loggers. .
Site Feasibility: Assess site feasibility and recommend optimal solutions for solar panel installations. .
Technical Evaluation: Evaluate arrangements for solar panels, electrical equipment, cable selection, layout designs, schematic diagrams, technical sizing, and BOQ/BOM calculations
