Project Coordinator Senior Maintenance Technician Process

Job Details
Liaise with the units OIM in all matters concerning the execution of all on-board activities, mobilizations and demobilization of all personnel and equipment and in order to prevent unwanted interaction with the unit’s mode of operation
Ensure that all site activities are performed in compliance with the governing safety standards and safety management system
Perform quality checks and supervise quality performance
Supervise and assist when required the Contractors and Activity Leads in their execution of activities
Follow-up on mobilizations, execution of on-site activities, demobilization and on-site close-out in cooperation with Assisting Project Manager or Project Manager as instructed
Issue a Weekly Performance Report (WPR)
Follow-up on personnel issues within the Site Team
Establish and maintain good hand-over routines
Ensure that the Permit to Work system is adhered to for all project activities
Ensure focus on safety awareness  in all aspects of all activities
Ensure that all relevant policies, procedures/task plans and check lists are available and communicated to relevant personnel
Supervise contractors adherence to safety and take action as appropriate.
