Project Assistant (Real Estate) Dispatch Rider Storekeeper Bike Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Assist project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Track project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines and safety regulations.
Organize and maintain project files, permits, and contracts.
Handle procurement of materials and site logistics support.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role (real estate or construction experience required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
