• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on backend systems or distributed computing.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Experience designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and distributed caching solutions.
• Ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IAC) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We seek candidates who hold a doctoral degree from an accredited institution as a minimum requirement.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong passion for the field along with the necessary expertise, competencies, and credentials to excel as facilitators and e-tutors in the specified specialization.
