Job Summary

Your role involves meeting or exceeding established sales and billing targets as part of your responsibilities.
Facilitate dynamic sales initiatives and pinpoint potential upsell avenues to maximize revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities include maintaining uniform product availability throughout designated territories.
Strict compliance with designated routes and timetables is mandatory.
Ensure orders are fulfilled with precision and delivered punctually.
Gather and harmonize customer payments to ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records.
Develop and nurture enduring client connections by fostering trust and delivering consistent value.
Collect and analyze market intelligence while tracking competitor movements and strategies to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Plan and implement promotional initiatives while ensuring the strategic placement and deployment of point-of-sale materials.
Requirements
A minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of successful sales experience, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or beverage sectors.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a history of safe, reliable driving.
Effective communication, persuasive negotiation, and collaborative interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
Demonstrates strong self-management skills and consistently achieves predetermined objectives without direct supervision.
