Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 8 years of technical experience which includes working in a Cotton Wool or Sanitary Pad Manufacturing Factory.
Job Description:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery deadlines.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to avoid delays.
submit production reports daily/weekly/monthly
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including machine operators
Implement and enforce quality control standards in consonance with the Quality Department to ensure that cotton wool and sanitary pads meet regulatory and customer expectations.
Address and resolve production issues or product defects promptly.
Work closely with R&D to support product development and innovation.
Execute CAPA wherever necessary.
