Job Summary
Our client who is in the water production business is looking to hire a Production Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process in the water factory.
This includes managing resources, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
Maintain high standards of product quality by implementing and monitoring quality control processes.
Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare and manage the production budget.
Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals.
Conduct training and development programs for production staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a water factory.
Strong knowledge of production management, quality control procedures, and manufacturing principles.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
