Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction while maintaining product quality.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, waste reduction, and machine performance.
Maintain accurate documentation, including production reports, compliance records, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial). Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
5+ years’ experience as a Production Manager in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP.
Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, process engineering, and automation.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in supervising production team.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in production planning software and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
