Responsibilities
Plan and organize all production activities.
Implement and control the production schedule
Manage all resources to meet production targets.
Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and timelines with clients and managers.
Ensure that quality control standards are in line with ISO 9001.
Liaise with procurement unit on production materials.
Optimize production to ensure company resources generate competitive returns.
Ensure the implemetation of the Lean production system in production activities
Minimum Qualification
First Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution. (A degree in mechanical/Production engineering or Industrial technology).
A Masters Degree is an added advantage
5-7years knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
