Location: Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria
We are a small manufacturer of natural skincare products located in Ikeja Lagos Nigeria. We are seeking a production assistant to help with production tasks. Duties will include filling samples and promotional material, weekly cleaning duties and assisting with shipping & receiving, as required. This is an entry level position, with a paid training period. Our manufacturing facility operates Monday – Saturday, 8:30 a.m . – 6 p.m . This is a full-time position, requiring availability to work on Saturday. This position reports to our Production Manager.
Qualifications
Academic background in biological and chemical sciences is a must, and recent work experience in Production, Assembly line and Packaging environments is a plus. Reliable, independent and can complete tasks with minimal supervision
A positive, enthusiastic attitude
Able to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Excellent attention to detail
Able to stand for extended periods of time and do tasks that require reaching, bending and carrying. Some assignments may require repetitive moving or lifting up to 25 kg.

Responsibilities
Fill and label product promotional samples as per instructions
Weekly cleaning duties including mopping and dusting kitchen and storage areas
Clean and organize buckets, containers, utensils for manufacturing
Pick and Pack orders, and assist with Shipping and Receiving as required
Keep accurate records of raw materials, packaging and product inventory as well as shipping documents
Re-stock supplies / inventory as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times
Assemble Informational kits, Promotional Kits and other printed material
Other responsibilities as required.
