Key Responsbilities
Conduct and oversee product testing to ensure quality and functionality before release.
Assist in user onboarding. ensuring a smooth experience for new users adopting the product.
Facilitate user testing sessions, gathering feedback and reporting insights to the product team.
Work closely with the product team to document and optimize internal processes.
