Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in digital marketing to help us drive the growth and adoption of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, increase product adoption, and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to align on product messaging and ensure marketing initiatives drive product growth.
As the bridge between product development and the market, you’ll play a key role in positioning our products effectively, managing go-to-market strategies, and leveraging digital marketing tactics to deliver successful campaigns. This position reports to the Head of Product and requires a strategic mindset, technical know-how, and hands-on digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature updates, and market expansion
Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that align with customer pain points and industry trends, ensuring product differentiation in a competitive market
Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify key product insights, inform product decisions, and refine marketing strategies
Product Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with the product team to influence the product roadmap based on market demand, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with product collateral, presentations, and tools that communicate product benefits and drive conversions
Digital Marketing:
Campaign Development: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid ads) to increase product awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
Content Strategy: Work with content creators to develop blogs, case studies, videos, and infographics that highlight product features, use cases, and success stories
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize for better results
SEO/SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic rankings and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive paid traffic to key product pages
Social Media & Community Engagement: Develop and manage social media strategies, including content posting, engagement with followers, and performance analysis to grow the brand’s online presence
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with product features and customer needs
Customer Feedback & Advocacy: Build customer feedback loops through surveys, NPS scores, and user reviews to understand pain points and improve marketing messaging
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage partnerships with relevant industry influencers, media outlets, and potential affiliates to expand brand reach

Growth in product adoption and usage metrics
Conversion rates from marketing campaigns
Lead generation and sales funnel performance
SEO/SEM performance (organic traffic, rankings, click-through rates)
