Our client is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and a proven ability to deliver impactful product solutions.
Responsibilities
Define and articulate the product vision, aligning it with market trends and customer needs.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes.
Use insights to create and prioritize features that deliver maximum value.
Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Maintain and prioritize the product/sprint backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
Prepare reports on product progress and outcomes for stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are an added advantage.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial technology or software platforms.
Strong technical understanding of product development processes and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
Proficiency in managing product/sprint backlogs and roadmaps.
Excellent collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
