As a Product Manager in our Internal Tools team, you will be at the forefront of creating and enhancing tools that empower our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will lead the development and management of internal software applications that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze the needs of the business to develop tooling solutions that enhance workflows and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CX, Engineering, and UX/UI Design, to design, test, and implement tooling applications.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and overseeing development timelines.
Incorporate feedback from internal customers and stakeholders to iterate on and improve internal tools continuously.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and customer service best practices to ensure our tooling solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.
Employ product management techniques to keep the scope, time, and cost of the development in check.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience with SQL.
A high level of understanding in regards to product management processes and workflows.
An ability to discuss technical issues and solutions with software engineers.
Experience working with a product or engineering team within the banking or fintech industries working on a fintech product.
Ability to properly document user stories, functional and technical requirement documentation.
Advanced level experience with project and document management tools such as Notion and Jira.
A high-level understanding of the software development process.
