Key Responsibilities

Defining the overall vision and strategy for a product, prioritizing features and maximizing its value to customers and the business implementing varied user feedback.
Developing product specifications and requirements
Creating and updating your product roadmap.
Market research and competitive analysis.
Collaborating with cross functional teams.
Understanding customer preferences and managing product lifecycle.

Educational qualifications

BSc or HND in any discipline or)
Minimum of 5- 7 years relevant (Sales) experience in ISP/Telecommunication

Certifications / Trainings:

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Customer Service, Sales Certified Specialist (CSSC) and Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)

Technical knowledge:

Comprehensive Understanding of ISP services, Industry trend awareness, Cross-selling and Upselling, Lead New Business pitches and onboard new customers, Pipeline Management, Product and service knowledge, SLA management, Lead generation, Lead closure, Customer Relationship, MS Word and MS Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Technique, Analytical Skills, Sales Proposal, Research customer wants and needs, Sales Retention, Persuasive Selling and objection handling, Customer Mapping and penetration.
