They currently have an opening for Product Manager.Job ProfileThe Product Manager is responsible and accountable for supply chain, quality control, inventory management and forecasting, and new product development in collaboration with the sales and marketing department.Key Responsibilities
Analyzing the marketplace and design product strategy based on product range
Searching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities
Manages positioning and branding for the product range
Developing product launch programmes
Managing new products projects from start to end
Understanding the marketplace and customer needs in order to advice in product development
Working closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop sales and marketing strategy
Work collaboratively with Sales, R&D, Marketing and the Finance business units to forecast inventory requirements
Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 years experience in a management position within the FMCG sector is a must
Experience developing product marketing and retail pricing strategies
Proven track record in sales and established strong networks within the FMCG sector
In depth understanding of the retail sector
Supply Chain knowledge
Ability to analyze and predict market trends
Experience in working with and managing a team
Proficiency in customer relation and communication skills
