Your core responsibilities will include but not limited to:Specific Objectives and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative
Plans, prioritize and reviews procurement of supplies, equipment, and services. Extensive knowledge of policies, procedures, and practices in procurement and office administration.
Assists in maintaining the day-to-day running of a company or organization
Organizes office equipment maintenance ensures that the office is clean and that each staff member has necessary supplies
Assists in reconciling monthly bills
Assists to manage order and monitor usage of office supplies and consumables and maintain sufficient supply levels within the budget guidelines of the organization
Inventory Management and admin stock audit
Assists the supervisor to oversee the activities of subordinate staff such as the Drivers and cleaners
Helps to make adequate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff, MDs and expatriates where necessary
Helps in purchasing office materials by obtaining requirements, negotiating prices, ensuring quality and prompt delivery
Fleet management
Carry out any other assigned duties from the Procurement/ Quality control Managers office

Qualification
A good University degree
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
