Our client is a leading and most diversified consumer brand builders in the country. They are seeking a highly organized and results-driven PROCUREMENT SUPERVISORÂ to oversee and manage the procurement activitiesÂ
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier improvements.
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met.
Oversee daily purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory
replenishment.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels.
Continuously evaluate procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Collaborate with finance to prepare and manage procurement budgets.
Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal
Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions by developing contingency plans.
Supervise and mentor procurement staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
Set performance goals and regularly evaluate team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
