Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Procurement Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.
This is a mainland-based position with a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire procurement process from sourcing to purchasing.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget constraints.
Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on procurement activities and expenditures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be based on the mainland and available for full-time work.
