Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and ESA’s (E-Terra Service Agents)
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Together with Financial department fulfill all potential public procurement requirements and restrictions processes that strongly minimize risks of any errors or omissions
Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
Strong leadership capabilities
A knack for negotiation and networking
Strong logical and writing skills: write with a logical structure and clear language
Fluent in English at a level equal to or approaching a native speaker
Good interpersonal skills: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally
Highly ethical: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization
