Procurement Manager

Job Summary

As our Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of services essential to the agency’s operations. This includes sourcing vendors, creative materials, technology tools, third-party services, and any other resources required. You will work closely with the finance, operations, and creative teams to ensure the procurement process is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the agency’s growth objectives

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the agency’s growth and operational needs.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, conditions, and pricing structures.
Monitor procurement budgets and ensure that purchasing activities remain within budgetary constraints.
Ensure that all procurement activities comply with agency policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Implement processes to mitigate risks associated with vendor contracts, service disruptions, and procurement delays.
Ensure procurement practices reflect the agency’s values of sustainability, cost-efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing
Certification in Procurement (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, with a focus on services (media, creative production, etc.).
Understanding of marketing/advertising industry trends and the procurement of creative and digital tools is highly preferred.
Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing international vendor relationships.
