Procurement and Logistics Officer

Job Details

Bi-annual evaluation of registered vendors.
Timely procurement (using the reorder level) and supply of all consumables and general office needs.
Prompt issuance of P.O for all contracts awarded/management approval of contract awarded and effective follow up regarding PO’s issued.
Being customers’ single point contact for all procurement.
Negotiate using cost cutting/savings technics and manage contracts with suppliers.
Drive supply chain, Order management, claim administration & logistics.
Vendor Management: all procurement & clearing must be done within timeline specified timelines
Ensure there is no stock out on consumables at all times
Ensure the implementation of the Admin policies and procedures.
Manages the Admin ERP (for procurement purposes & any other purpose) and Ensure proper/good record keeping.
Handle all inbound Logistics and some outbound logistics (Clear understanding of customs laws and documents PAAR, Form M etc.)

Requirements

3 years’ experience in a similar sector.
Professional qualifications is an added advantage.
