Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging phonics-based lessons
Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
Support children’s literacy development through interactive and play-based learning
Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback to parents
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance learning experiences
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field
Strong knowledge of phonics (Jolly Phonics or other phonics-based approaches)
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
Excellent classroom management and creative teaching strategies
Passionate about child development and early literacy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
