Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and patient Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education, child development, and engaging teaching methods that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster social skills, independence, and a love for learning in young children.
Use play-based and hands-on learning techniques.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
Maintain positive and open communication with parents and colleagues.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Warm, patient, and energetic personality.
Ability to incorporate creative and interactive teaching methods
