Qualification, Skills & Competence
As a Presales Lead, he/she will work with cross functional teams to lead and support the commercialization and delivery of Microsoft Cloud Service Products.
He/she will specifically focus on developing the Microsoft Office 365 Product initiative for Enterprise.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant related field.
Minimum of two to three years’ work experience in Presales and Technical Support related functions.
Familiar with Microsoft Servers and Applications.
Microsoft Solutions Associate (MCSA) Certification will be an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Exchange and Messaging.
Evidence of successful Microsoft Office 365 setup and support.
Ability and willingness to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills.
Good presentation skills
