Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer engagement.
Ensure hitch-free internal/external operations, adherence to operational policies and implementation of process improvements.
Responsible for the financial/expense management of the practice.
Ensure business objectives achieved and team and organisation performance monitored.
Recruit, lead, support and engage staff; monitor individual performance and identify development opportunities.
Person SpecificationEducational Qualifications: First degree in any subject.Professional Qualifications: CIPM, CIPD or HRCI qualification is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position including 2 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience.
