Job Description
Contacting claimant immediately an accident occurred
Taking photographs of affected vehicle(s)
Sending photographs to claims unit immediately
Leading towing van to our nearest garage (if towing is needed)
On-the-spot adjustment of loss
Obtain signed discharge voucher and send same to claims unit
Lead salvage buyers to the location of vehicle for inspection in case of total loss.
Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional organisation
Knowledge of Lagos route
Fluent in English language
