Job Description
Ensure all homes and common areas in the estate are properly metered;
Ensure the functionality of all meters and recommend immediate replacement when faults are identified;
Supervise the periodic reading of all meters (individual and communal);
Perform analysis on power consumption in individual homes, as well as the entire estate;
Develop and produce reports on power supply, distribution, and consumption for the Power Committee on a periodic basis;
Ensure prompt vending of power to residents as needed;
Prepare weekly power vending reports for submission to the Finance department;
Monitor the diesel supply and consumption for the generators;
Liaise with the power providers on quick resolution of issues that revolve around power infrastructure, outages, generator repairs/maintenance, etc.
