Key Responsibilities
Receive requests for POS from BDs/VLs or Field support staff and processing time.
Deployment of POS terminals to merchants.
Training of merchant upon deployment of POS Terminal.
Prepping (configuring and testing) of the POS terminals.
Providing daily terminal support at designated merchant locations.
Identifying prospect merchants in the field and reporting.
Keep records of support and support materials.
Give remote assistance/training to merchants.
Attend to any other task assigned.
Job Requirements
HND/BSC in relevant course of study is required.
1/2 Years of experience in similar role.
Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills
Must be self-driven and be able to take initiative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Proficient in English
