Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Pool Guard to join our hotel team in Davina Hill Resort, Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja.
The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and well-being of all pool users while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness around the pool area.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise pool activities to ensure the safety of guests.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas.
Inspect pool equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.
Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / WAEC qualification.
Proven experience as a pool guard or lifeguard (preferred).
Valid lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid training.
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
