Key Areas of Responsibilities
Achieve SHEQ objectives
Ensure the Production plant is operated safely and effectively to achieve productiontargets.
Monitor all functioning facilities to ensure they are working within the manufacturersallowable limits.
Monitor and adjust accordingly all production parameters.
Provide logs of these parameters on an hourly basis.
Identify and report any deviations or errors noticed on the machinery.
Participate in the maintenance of the plant as at when required.
Provide a report of the production carried out during his/her shift.
Participate in major maintenance planning by providing leadership in decidinginstrumentation/mechanical and electrical scopes, based on up-to-date conditioninformation, best practice, and performance history of instrumentation/mechanical andelectrical equipment and systems.
Ensure that all maintenance work in scope is recorded As found and As Left using theSAP PM system.
Qualifications and Experience
HND / B.Sc in Instrumentation / Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of 2 – 5 years relevant experience with background in either Instrumentation will be added advantage.
