Position Overview:
As a Pharmaceutical App Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical application to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions. Your primary objective will be to increase app adoption and usage among target customers while effectively conveying the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical app.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential customers within the pharmaceutical industry, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and promote the value proposition of our pharmaceutical app.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the app, effectively addressing customer inquiries and objections.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business and meet sales targets.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to raise awareness and drive adoption of the pharmaceutical app.
Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts and effectively communicate key messages.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and online advertising, targeting relevant audiences.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the app and generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing any technical issues or questions they may have regarding the app.
Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and inform product development efforts.
Establish regular communication channels with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage app usage and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful customer relationships.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
