Managing your boss’s diary
Organising and preparing papers for meetings
Organising travel and preparing travel itineraries
Writing minutes and taking dictation
Conducting research on the internet
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
Qualification/Experience/Skills
B.Sc /HND in Secretarial Administration, or related course
Minimum of 3-5 years experience
Relevant certification is an advantage
Interpersonal skills
Organized and flexible
Good communication
IT Literacy (Ms applications etc)
