Details:We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Managing Director working life and communication.
managing diaries, correspondence, phone calls and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
organising events and conferences
reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
managing databases and filing systems
implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the same role
Candidates must reside around, Surulere, festac, Orile and its environs
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Good oral and written communication skills
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Tact and diplomacy
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
