Job Description We are seeking an efficient, analytical, organized and driven individual.This is a role with plans to develop a career within Procurement, you will have the full support of management and access to first class training and development to allow you to eventually take full control of the procurement unit Responsibilities
Co-ordination and management of the Internal and External Sales team, inclusive of providing administrative support
Liaising with sales team members and customers to ensure a deadlines are adhered to
Providing effective, pro-active and broad support to the Managing Director and their team
Working alongside the MD including international travel, attending client and customer meetings, providing administrative support with on going training and support
Preparation of various correspondence
Diary management
Organizing travel
Coordinating meetings
Minute taking
Taking messages and dealing with these as appropriate
Requirements The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Experienced in providing administrative support
Small amount of Buyer or purchasing experience would be highly beneficial
Confident telephone manner
Able to travel internationally at short notice
Experience of working within a pharmaceutical environment
