Personal Assistant Experienced Human Resources Manager

Job Description

A personal assistant (PA)helps a person with their daily tasks, both personal and professional.
They work closely with their employer to help them manage their time and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Scheduling:Manage appointments, meetings, and conferences
Travel:Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations
Research:Conduct research and present findings
Documentation:Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
Events:Organize and attend meetings, and ensure the manager is well prepared
Organization:Manage filing systems, office supplies, and courier services
Liaison:Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff
Personal tasks:Run errands and handle day-to-day tasks for the employer
Communication:Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and correspondence.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 4 years experience.
