Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior executives in our retail and oil & gas company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Organize meetings, events, and handle correspondence.
Provide general administrative support, including handling expenses and documents.
Assist with personal tasks as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
