Personal Assistant

Job Summary

As a Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for managing the Branch Manager’s schedule, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage the Branch Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, and filing
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
