Job Summary
As our personal assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to MD, ensuring smooth operation and efficient time management. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing a variety of tasks to support the executive in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilitiesw
Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, handling communications, correspondence, and scheduling.
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents while always maintaining strict confidentiality.
Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments as directed by the Managing Director.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced or luxury environment.
Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or be close to it for easy accessibility.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the Managing Director.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000
