Job Description
Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
Preparing communications on behalf of the MD
Answering phone calls
Organizing travel and itineraries
Organizing and planning meetings
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
Various ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess minimum of B.Sc degree or its equivalent in Sociology, International Relations or any related discipline.
Must have Min of 3 – 5 years’ experience on the Job role.
Must be keen with the use of Microsoft Word Applications E.g MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
Must have have verbal and written articulacy, professional discretion, efficiency, well-developed time management skills, strong organizational skills.
