Duties and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage the organization’s performance management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensure alignment of individual and departmental KPIs with overall business objectives.
Facilitate the performance cycle, including goal setting, quarterly & mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
Train managers and employees on the performance appraisal process.
Identify performance gaps and recommend training & development programs.
Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and Learning & Development teams to implement capability enhancement initiatives.
Design and manage the organization’s competency framework in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ensure competencies align with the organization’s strategic direction and functional objectives.
Generate periodic performance reports and recommend strategic actions.
Track performance trends and benchmark against industry standards.
Support and coach managers on effective performance management strategies.
Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and leadership teams to drive a performance-driven culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards in performance management.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
3-7 years of experience in performance management, HR, or organizational development.
Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and tools (OKRs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software.
Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
